Physically they are becoming very inactive, have less time to make good, reliable friends and at the same time, they find it difficult to cope with stress.
After a lot of research and continuous study, she has developed this workshop.

Stress Management for Students
Stress is the new oxygen: Exam stress, presentation stress, job stress, peer pressure, etc. How to cope with these from an Islamic perspective and how to minimize stress via different modern tools. Everyone is suffering these days due to the pandemic, personal, and/or professional issues. I would like to help the youth survive these hard times. So anyone going through these can join.
Who Can Join?
Senior school, college, and university students i.e. age 16-22 years.

positive thinking, learn to believe that everything is from Allah and accept it. Enjoy life and view stress as an opportunity to improve yourself rather than considering it a burden.
